  • How long is the program?
    The program spans 12 weeks, but it’s not rigidly structured. While there’s a recommended timeline for completing lessons each week, it’s ultimately flexible to suit your pace.
  • Do I need any special equipment for the program?
    You can purchase a journal to accompany the program, which will help you track your progress. Throughout the program, you'll also assess the equipment and resources needed to achieve your goals, ensuring that you have everything necessary to succeed.
  • Will I get personal coaching or feedback?
    While there is no personal coaching included, the program has its own group where experiences can be shared and questions can be asked and will be replied to by myself. You may also contact me directly for any urgent questions.
  • What does the program entail?
    The program is based on video content that is also available as script and runs through 9 chapters (Pillars of Health, Education, Behavior Change, Identifying Goals and Obstacles, Tracking your Goal, Routine Design, Support Systems, Action Taking and Accountability). A Journal can be purchased through Amazon separately that includes all worksheets, exercises and self-assessments that are otherwise available for download as pdfs. There are quizzes after each chapter to test the participants knowledge and keep the momentum going. Once participants have joined the program, they are added to a group, where experiences or struggles are shared and questions can be asked that will be answered by me if necessary.
  • How does the program work?
    The program is designed to be self-paced over 12 weeks. It’s entirely online and accessible at any time throughout the timeframe. The completion of each step (acticle/video/quiz) unlocks the following step, so the steps are built upon one another and cannot be jumped. The program relies on active participation, so it is required that participants follow along with the exercises to achieve the best possible results.
  • Who is this program for?
    The program is perfect for individuals who want to create lasting healthy habits, improve their well-being on any pillar of health (physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, financial, intellectual) and take control of their health in a sustainable way. It’s suitable for beginners and those already familiar with wellness practices. Anyone that struggles with getting started, setting clear goals, putting goals into action, consistency, accountability, motivation or missing knowledge, will benefit from this program.
  • Do my goals need to be health related?
    While the focus of the educational content (Exercise Essentials, Nutritional Literacy, Rest&Recovery, Sleep, Stress Management, Mindfulness, Balance) is based on physical and mental health mainly, the program is flexible enough to accompany goals on any pillars, meaning they may also be career or relationship based, for example.
