We are Jakob and Milou, a german couple with a passion for traveling the world and dedication to share the path to holistic well-being. With an innate talent to hold space for others to unfold and release, Jakob became an accredited breathwork facilitator in Capetown and is now spreading the magic throughout the world. As a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher and more, I have been taking people's hands to better their physical, mental and spiritual well-being, not only by educating, but especially by inspiring them to find and adapt new ways of being. ​
