Terms and Conditions for Referral Program

 

By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility

- To participate in the referral program, you must be a registered member of M.POWEREDHEALTH and have an active account.

- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

 

2. How It Works

- Referring: To refer a friend, you must use the unique referral link provided to you in your account dashboard. Your friend will receive a 15% discount on the retreat ticket through this link. A referral is considered successful when the referred person makes a qualifying purchase by buying a ticket for the Portugal Retreat in 2024.

- Rewards: For each successful referral, you will earn 100 loyalty points which can be redeemed for 100€.. The referred person must use your unique referral link to be tracked and credited to your account.

4. Earning and Redeeming Loyalty Points

- Earning Points: Loyalty points are awarded when the referral meets the criteria for a successful referral. 

- Redeeming Points: Loyalty points can be redeemed for money by getting in touch with me and providing relevant payment details (Paypal or Bank account with IBAN). Points can be redeemed from 30 days before the retreat (01.09.24) and up to the start date of the retreat (01.10.24).

5. Restrictions

- Points and rewards cannot be transferred to other users.

- The referral program is not applicable to purchases made by yourself.

- Points can not be redeemed if the relevant booking has been cancelled and partially refunded before 30 days of the retreat start (01.09.24).

- M.POWEREDHEALTH reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the referral program for fraudulent activities or abuse.

 

6. Program Changes

- M.POWEREDHEALTH reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

- Any changes to the program will be communicated via email or through the program's website.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

- Personal data collected during the referral process will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

8. General Terms

- By participating in the referral program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- M.POWEREDHEALTH is not responsible for any technical issues or system failures that may affect the referral process.

- In case of disputes, the decision of M.POWEREDHEALTH will be final and binding.
