Service Description
Whether you want to build strength, endurance, tone muscle, loose weight or simply get fitter and more energetic, Virtual online training is a convenient and accessible way to receive personalized fitness training from the comfort of your own home or any location. This type of training allows you to work with a qualified fitness coach who will create a customized training plan and recovery practices based on your individual needs, resources, and goals. You'll have access to tools and resources to support your training and you'll receive guidance and support through online communication. Virtual online training is a great option if you prefer to workout in your own space, have limited access to a gym, or have a busy schedule that doesn't allow for in-person training sessions. Through regular communication and feedback, we will work together to track progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed, all from the convenience of the your own location.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are responsible for notifying the Coach at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the Coach billing the Client for the missed session. Notifications should be sent directly to the Coach via email or WhatsApp. Please note that this policy does not apply to emergency situations, which will be defined by the Coach. In the event that the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they will also provide a 24-hour notice. Appointments that are canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled on the booking site based on the availability of both the Coach and the Client and according to the booking terms.
