Service Description
In nutrition counseling, we'll work together to facilitate the adoption of food choices and nutrition-related behaviors that are conducive to your health and well-being. We'll focus on developing food patterns that are consistent with your nutritional needs, while taking into account your personal goals and preferences to develop a plan that is achievable and sustainable. Instead of forcing you into a restrictive diet of counting calories and tracking every move, we will work towards the concept of intuitive eating; identifying your body´s needs and and developing food patterns that speak to those. Ultimately, the goal is to empower you to take control of your health and well-being and make positive and sustainable changes to your diet that will improve your quality of life. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your energy levels, or manage a chronic condition, I am here to support you on your journey to better health.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are responsible for notifying the Coach at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the Coach billing the Client for the missed session. Notifications should be sent directly to the Coach via email or WhatsApp. Please note that this policy does not apply to emergency situations, which will be defined by the Coach. In the event that the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they will also provide a 24-hour notice. Appointments that are canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled on the booking site based on the availability of both the Coach and the Client and according to the booking terms.
